Note: Only members of the classes of 2026 and 2027 are eligible to apply to go to this conference.

Before starting the on-line application, you should have the following materials and information ready to complete step 1 and 2 below:

Responses to the following short essay questions:
- What commitments have you made to major clubs at Hotchkiss,
  and how do they help us fulfill the Round Square IDEALS?
- Which Round Square Pillar do you feel you embody most? Why?
- What do you hope to gain from this conference? How will you bring
  your experiences back to Hotchkiss to benefit the entire community?
- Each year, the school is asked to raise $900 to support the service work of the
  RS International Service Projects. What ideas do you have for how we can raise this money?
- Student delegates will be expected to cover the cost of their airfare
  to the conference. How would you earn or raise these funds?
