Airport: Savannah GA (SAV). From there you can take taxi cab, Uber car or the airport express bus. The bus takes you to the Chatham Area Transit Authority Center, which is 0.2 miles from the conference place.
Travel by car:
The conference is planning to be held in Coastal Georgia Center (the parking lot is right to the building)

Weather during conference days: high in the low-90s Fahrenheit (low 30s Celsius) with low in the mid 60s Fahrenheit (20s Celsius); very pleasant, low humidity expected
