The Renfrew County Water Quality Leadership Group (RCWQLG) includes representation from eleven agricultural, and other business and environmental organizations, and promotes the creation of a non-regulatory watershed council (NGO) that would take a leadership role on both water quality and quantity issues and watershed planning in Renfrew County.
