CALENDAR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT 2023-24: Please reserve these dates in your family calendar, fill out and return this Calendar Agreement Slip to your teacher by the end of the first week of school:
“We have reviewed the calendar of events and our child will participate in the performances listed. We understand that any absence from a performance typically is not excused, creates a disruption for the entire group, and will impact the student’s assessments. We understand that parents and students are expected to check calendars at the beginning of the year and notify us of any conflicts* as soon as they arise. We will notify our teacher at least 2-weeks prior to the concert in order to be considered for an excused absence.” *supplemental music lessons, Youth orchestras/bands/choirs/theater, sports teams, travel plans, etc.
