Region 10 Low Incidence Projects are sponsored by two federal grants: Low Incidence (LI) & Regional Comprehensive System for Personnel Development (R-CSPD). The projects are fiscally hosted by the Zumbro Education District, and serve all districts in SE Minnesota.
