GAD (Gender and Development) activities are initiatives that promote gender equality and address gender issues, either within an organization or through its services. Examples include gender sensitivity trainings for employees, creating gender-responsive policies and programs, conducting gender audits to identify gaps, developing gender-fair curricula, and hosting awareness campaigns and observances for events like National Women's Month or the 18-Day Campaign to End VAW.
