Sign up and Registration:
1. PURCHASE A JERSEY in the  DUX POND for $30
2. At the time of purchase, COMPLETE Powerpuff Purchase Form (available only at the time purchase, in the school store. The business managers will walk you through the process) **KEEP YOUR RECEIPT. *Your receipt is your ticket to pick up your jersey when they are complete.
**Failure to complete the form will result in no jersey available.
3. COMPLETE RELEASE FORM online. RELEASE FORM must be complete by a parent/guardian to participate

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• All players must have a release form on file to participate in both practices and on game day.

• All players need to purchase a mouth guard.  It MUST be worn during the game.

• No cleats are allowed.

• Game is scheduled for Monday, September 29, 2025 at 7 PM at the Zeeland Stadium.

  • Juniors: TBD

•  Jerseys $30 (seniors = black long sleeve shirts; juniors = white long sleeve shirts) 

  • Purchase jerseys in the Dux Pond by September 12.  See Registration tab for more information

  • Jersey pick up date will be posted soon. Pick up will be after school in the ZW cafeteria 2:45-3:10pm.

• Arrive on game day (9/29) at the stadium by 6:30 PM for warm-ups, etc.
