Mattress Sale Fundraiser

Please come join us our annual Mattress Sale Fundraiser! This event will take place in the Zeeland West High School Auxiliary Gym on October 20th from 10am-5pm. Invite all of your friends and family as this is our largest fundraiser of the year. This is a great opportunity for students to earn funds and help the band program at the same time.

All-State Audition Information has been posted for students interested in auditioning. Please see the "All State Audition Music and Info" tab on the right of the page.


Dear Band Parents:

Thank you to all of the parents that have submitted their uniform payments. If you have not done so already, please submit ASAP. We are not able to order any items until payment has been received. Please make checks payable to Zeeland High School Marching Band. Please send in the payment in an envelope marked with the student’s name. Forms are also available on the band website under "Marching Band Letters". Online payments are available as well. After a form has been submitted, an email will be sent that has a link for online payments. These fees are the same for color guard.

**Our first game (with Uniforms) is September 14th. ALL ORDERS & PAYMENTS ARE DUE by 9/6.**

***If any RETURNING students need new marching shoes, please contact Kim Sprtel ASAP. Most students have their shoes at home, so they can try them on to see if they fit. If they are in the band room, please have them get to the band room BEFORE a Monday night practice.

We would love for returning students to get re-fitted in their uniforms ASAP. We will be available Mondays before practice begins. Please have your student come if possible. It should only take about 15 minutes. Please email Kim if you would be able to bring your student in before rehearsal.

Please fill out the "Band Health Form" shown to the right. This form is vital for emergency situations with students during rehearsals. We would advise EVERY PARENT to fill this form out so we can have their student's medical information on file. Though will take precautions to help students through the heat and prepare students for proper physical conditioning, we recognize the possibility of an emergency medical situation occurring. Please help us with being proactive by filling out this form!
