1.2. "The OS" means the operation system software that mediates the App's use of the Device

2. The App collects no personally-identifiable information ("PII").

3. The App operates within the Android operating system ("the OS"). Information collected by the Device and/or the OS through the App's use of OS functions and operations falls outside of the scope of this privacy policy.
