An Evolving Message About COVID-19 and Ongoing Safety Practices
Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, ZŌN Architects has remained committed to the health, safety, and wellbeing of our clients, staff, and communities. While the emergency phase has passed, COVID-19 continues to circulate alongside other respiratory viruses, and we remain vigilant and proactive in our health practices.
Our Commitment
ZŌN continues to monitor public health guidance from the CDC and California Department of Public Health and adjusts our protocols accordingly. Our goal is to maintain a safe, flexible, and responsive working environment—both in person and virtually.
We encourage vaccination and boosters as a core public health tool.
Staff stay home when feeling unwell, and we request the same of clients or consultants when scheduling in-person meetings.
Mask use is optional and supported for anyone who chooses to wear one for comfort or protection.
We promote good hygiene practices and provide access to hand sanitizers and cleaning supplies in shared spaces.
When necessary, we implement virtual collaboration tools to minimize risk and ensure continuity of service.
A Resilient, Adaptive Workflow
Thanks to ZŌN’s flexible and secure digital systems, we are fully equipped to work remotely when needed and support clients through phone, email, and a variety of online collaboration tools—including video conferencing, digital markups, and file-sharing platforms. In-person meetings are available by appointment and can be arranged outdoors or with distancing upon request.
Our team remains committed to:
Transparent communication about any health-related disruptions
Respect for individual comfort levels and boundaries
Maintaining project momentum through flexible delivery methods
We continue to share updates with our staff and consultants about evolving best practices and emerging variants. We also recommend the following ongoing resources:
