We're glad you're here.
In the spring of 2016, Martha donated a home to our church. After many prayers the church decided to partner with a pregnancy center to open a maternity home. Over the next 5 years over 30 women and their children were served by this mission. In October of 2021 the pregnancy center decided to close the doors and disolve the partnership. Trinity Lutheran Church decided the mission was not complete, and opened Zoe's Home in 2022. Zoe's Home now has 2 homes and can house up to 7 women and their children. We have now served over 50 women and their children. We operate under the 501(c)(3) of Trinity Lutheran Church, in Clinton, Missouri.
Zoe's Home is honored to offer free housing for women who are pregnant and/or have children under 3 years old and are facing homelessness. We strive to meet women where they are, respecting their current situations and desiring to grow their awareness of their strengths. While here women participate in: weekly case management, parenting classes, cooking classes, Bible study, employment coaching, financial coaching, and a family like atmosphere. We also connect residents with community resources including: area churches, Celebrate Recovery, community mental health and recovery services, WIC, Head Start, outpatient therapy services, and other supports as needed. Women are allowed to stay in our program as long as they are working on their goals and following program requirements. For many women this is often 9-12 months. We want women to leave our program equipped for successful, happy, and healthy independent living. Our ultimate goal is that each woman successfully completes our program knowing their only hope is found in Jesus.
so that our residents hold faith in knowing their future is safe, in Christ
giving hope to women who see no other options in their situations
meeting women and children where they are and loving them as they are
Changing lives through hope found only in Jesus
