Working as a roundsman in my former career I had to learn each job so I could perform it seamlessly. For efficiency sake I started designing systems that made managers take notice. in my mind, computer programs were to be learned and taught to others, including the production managers and division heads.
Soon I was training employees at my outlet to use the computer or demonstrating simple steps to make a project easier. I found I was soon being being farmed out to other managers who lacked productivity skills. I had the communication skills, the curiosity, desire to help others and was efficient. A self taught business analyst, I truly became a modern-day renaissance woman.
