1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using ZodKin ("the App", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

ZodKin is open to users of all ages. However, Orbit — the feature that lets you browse, match, and message people you haven't met — is restricted to users 18 and older. We verify your birth date at signup and do not permit anyone under 18 to access Orbit or any other feature involving contact with strangers.

3. Your Account

ZodKin accounts are created and verified using your phone number. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information and keeping it up to date

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing your account

• All activity that occurs under your account

Notify us immediately at support@zodkin.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ZodKin to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse another user

• Post or send content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes someone else's rights

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation

• Solicit money, spam, advertise, or run scams through the App

• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or use automated tools to access the App or its data

• Upload content you don't have the right to share

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section, with or without notice.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos, Flares, posts, messages, and other content you share on ZodKin ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant ZodKin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content within the App for the purpose of operating the service.

This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where content has already been shared with, or reacted to by, other users, or where retention is required for safety, legal, or backup purposes.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

6. Matching & Compatibility

ZodKin's compatibility scores, zodiac readings, and "Orbit" matching are provided for entertainment and social-discovery purposes. They are not scientific, professional, or guaranteed predictions of relationship, friendship, or personal compatibility.

7. Safety & Third Parties

ZodKin does not conduct criminal background checks or verify the identity of its users beyond phone-number verification. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, both inside and outside the App.

We strongly recommend meeting new people in public places, telling a friend where you're going, and never sending money to someone you've met on ZodKin.

8. Blocking, Reporting & Moderation

ZodKin provides tools to block and report other users. We may investigate reports, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

9. Termination

You may deactivate or delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, pose a safety risk to other users, or as required by law.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any match, message, or piece of content is accurate or safe.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZodKin and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App or interactions with other users.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed USD $100, since ZodKin is provided free of charge.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ZodKin harmless from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of another person.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the App or by other reasonable means before the changes take effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
