Introduction These Terms of Service govern your use of CozyLoops, operated by Kindcraft Labs Ltd EOOD, Malinova Dolina Distr., Bl. No 29, Entr. V, Fl. 8, Apt. 49, Sofia, 1700, Bulgaria (VAT: 208725052). By using CozyLoops you agree to these terms.
Use of the App CozyLoops is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any app content, patterns, or instructional materials.
Commercial Use of Finished Items You may sell handmade physical items you personally make using CozyLoops patterns. You may not resell, share, or distribute the patterns themselves, sell pattern kits, or use the patterns in any digital or printed form for commercial purposes.
Accounts & Membership Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page.
Payments & Subscriptions Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Refunds are handled by the respective app store per their policies.
Limitation of Liability CozyLoops is provided "as is" without warranties. Kindcraft Labs Ltd EOOD is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.
Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. Contact us at support@kindcraftlabs.com.
