COVID-19 Coaches Summer Youth Program Information
Coaches Covid-19 Summer Planning Information: ZM Summer Youth Programs can begin to offer programming starting June 15. Below are the guidelines, forms, and information you need to know and complete in order to offer programming. Facility Use Health and Saftey Preparedness Plan
Community Education Facility Request Form
Resources/Posters for participant education on COVID-19:
Prevent the Spread of COVID-19 Poster
Please contact Tiffany Boraas, COVID-19 Program Coordinator, for any questions regarding health and saftey of participants and staff during summer youth programming.
All coaches must be trained and checked off by Tiffany Boraas in health and saftey procedures before starting any youth programming.
