📢 Project Completion Report Submission – Important Guidelines

To ensure transparency and proper documentation, every Project Head or relevant Director must submit a Project Completion Report within 7 days of the project’s completion.

🚨 Key Requirements:
✅ The report must include all essential details, including social media posts, photos, and other relevant information.
✅ Late submissions (beyond 7 days) will NOT be eligible for the awards ceremony, certificates, or other recognitions.
