Reach out to members of the pole community for recommendations / warnings of venues & creatives (this feedback remains anonymous & confidential)

Confirm that the venue managers & creatives value respect and equality for all bodies, backgrounds & abilities

Confirm that the studio owners hire and/or book s£x workers to teach in their studios

Confirm that the creatives booked know and understand the background and impact of pole dancers and SWers

Maintain a boundary between the ZPJ members and the creatives/venue before, during & after the event (unless contact is initiated themselves)

We request that content taken by the creatives of the ZPJ members is uploaded to the ZEN POLE JAMZ Google drive or a secure alternative within a month of the event

We ensure the values of the venue’s culture & vision align with ZEN POLE JAMZ

ZEN is an insured, qualified first aider and instructor, with her own personal first aid kit specifically bought for possible pole injuries & accidents

All ZPJ members must complete an online waiver before the event, confirming they will not attempt to spot anyone if they do not hold relevant certifications & insurance

All ZPJ members have the option to give consent to being shared on social media etc. They can rescind their permission whenever they want to.
