General

This document outlines the Terms of Use (the "Agreement") between you ("you" or "user") and Zenith Forge Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") for the mobile application Typelix. This Agreement, along with all associated documents, is legally binding. Please note that the app title may vary by region and is subject to change without prior notice. All documents related to the app are considered part of this Agreement.

It’s important that you read and understand this Agreement before downloading, installing, or using the app. By doing so, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and accepted this Agreement, which becomes effective once you download, install, or use Typelix. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, you are not permitted to use the app and must uninstall it from your device.

Possible Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time and for any reason. Any changes will be published in the updated Agreement. By continuing to use Typelix, you waive the right to receive individual notice of updates. It is your responsibility to periodically review the Agreement for any changes. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of those updates.

Restrictions

To use Typelix, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under the legal age in your jurisdiction (generally under 18), you may only use the app under the supervision and consent of a parent or guardian. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you confirm that your parent or guardian has read and agreed to these terms. No one under 13 is permitted to use Typelix. By using the app, you confirm that you are legally eligible to agree to and comply with this Agreement.

General Terms

Typelix is an entertainment-based app that uses artificial intelligence technologies to allow users to chat with AI and receive responses. A full list of features is available on the app’s store listing. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

By using Typelix, you agree to respect all intellectual property rights associated with the app, including its source code, design, content, and trademarks. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the app, provided you comply with this Agreement.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, or republish any part of the app unless you have prior written permission from Zenith Forge Inc. or our partners. All content, branding, and materials are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Third-Party Technologies

Typelix uses the OpenAI API, which is governed by its own terms and policies found at: https://openai.com/api/policies/service-terms. When sharing or publishing content generated by the app, you agree to comply with OpenAI's Sharing & Publication Policy.

“User Content” includes any input you provide and the responses generated by the app. You may not use the app to share or generate unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or infringing content. Promoting or assisting in illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You are strictly prohibited from uploading, generating, or submitting any content through Typelix that:

• Expresses, promotes, or incites hate based on identity;

• Harasses, threatens, or bullies others;

• Glorifies violence or celebrates suffering or humiliation;

• Encourages or depicts self-harm, including suicide, eating disorders, or cutting;

• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or meant to arouse sexual excitement (excluding educational or wellness content);

• Promotes sexual services;

• Seeks to influence political outcomes or is used for campaigning;

• Is unsolicited or bulk content (spam);

• Is false, misleading, or used to commit fraud;

• Generates malware, viruses, keyloggers, ransomware, or other harmful software;

• Is illegal, defamatory, libelous, immoral, obscene, slanderous, or violates any law;

• Encourages or enables unlawful activity of any kind.
  
  

You may not:

• Submit copyrighted or trademarked content you do not have rights to;

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the app;

• Modify or make Typelix available to third parties;

• Rent, lease, lend, sublicense, or redistribute the app;

• Infringe upon our intellectual property or that of others in any form;

• Use the app maliciously or for any purpose that could harm others.
  
  

We reserve the right to take legal action in the event of any violation of this Agreement or misuse of the app.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, stored, and processed. By using Typelix, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of the Privacy Policy, you must stop using the app and services. We may update the Privacy Policy from time to time, and your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of those updates.

App Compatibility

To use Typelix, you need a compatible mobile device with internet access. The app is currently supported on devices running Android 8.0 or higher. Compatibility with all devices cannot be guaranteed.

Access to the app may be affected by external factors such as network conditions or device limitations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may release updates to enhance features or performance, and we reserve the right to update, suspend, or discontinue access to the app at any time without notice.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of any information you provide to us. You can discontinue using the app at any time through your account settings, and you may uninstall the app if you no longer wish to use it.

App Costs and Subscription

Typelix is free to download and provides access to basic features. Additional functionality may require a paid subscription ("Premium options"). A free trial may be available, as stated during sign-up.

• After the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial.

• Subscription prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may vary by region.

• Subscription options and details are clearly displayed before purchase.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.

• You cannot cancel a subscription during an active period, but you can manage or cancel future renewals via your app store account.
  
  

Please note: Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You remain responsible for managing your subscriptions.

Your mobile service provider may apply charges for downloading or using the app, including data roaming fees. You are solely responsible for these charges and must have permission from the account holder if someone else pays your mobile bills.

Disclaimer and Liability

By using Typelix and its associated services, you agree that you do so at your own risk. All features, services, software, and content provided through the app are offered “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties of any kind—express or implied.

We make no guarantees regarding:

• The merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose;

• Technical compatibility or functionality;

• The accuracy or reliability of any content or materials;

• The uninterrupted or error-free nature of the service;

• Correction of any defects or issues that may arise.
  
  

Zenith Forge Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages—including, but not limited to, loss of profits or revenue—arising from your access to or use of the app. This includes damages related to third-party products, services, or content accessed through the app.

By using the app, you acknowledge and agree that Zenith Forge Inc. is not responsible for any legal or regulatory issues related to your use of the app in your country of residence.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement, and your access to Typelix, at any time and for any reason, at our sole discretion.

Upon termination:

• All rights and licenses granted to you will be immediately revoked.

• You must cease all use of the app and uninstall it from your device.
  
  

You also agree that:

• You assume full responsibility for your use of Typelix;

• Any content you generate, share, or distribute using the app is at your sole discretion and risk;

• You will indemnify and hold harmless Zenith Forge Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, partners, successors, and licensees from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from your use of the app.
