ZenDesign（以下「運営者」といいます）は、運営者が提供するスマートフォン用アプリケーション「孤独死対策アプリ」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における、利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。
本アプリにおいて、運営者は以下の情報を取得・利用します。
(1) 利用者から直接ご提供いただく情報
アカウント情報： 本サービスの利用登録およびログインに必要なメールアドレス、パスワード等。
緊急連絡先情報： 利用者が登録する緊急連絡先のメールアドレス（安否確認通知の送信先）。
お問い合わせ情報： お問い合わせ等の際に送信いただく氏名、メールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容。
(2) 本アプリの利用に伴い自動的に取得する情報
アクティビティ情報： 本アプリ内の「確認ボタン」が押下された日時、および本アプリの最終起動日時等の利用履歴。
端末情報およびログ情報： 利用者の端末機種、OSバージョン、IPアドレス、クラッシュログ（アプリが強制終了した際の情報）等。これらはFirebase（Google社）の機能を通じて取得されます。
取得した利用者情報は、以下の目的のために利用します。
本サービスの提供・維持
日々の安否確認（アクティビティ記録）のため。
重要： 毎日18時の定期確認において、過去72時間以内に確認ボタンの押下がないとシステムが判断した場合に、登録された緊急連絡先へ自動的に通知メールを送信するため。
ユーザーサポート
お問い合わせへの対応、本人確認のため。
サービスの改善・開発
アプリの利用状況の分析、不具合（クラッシュ）の原因調査および修正のため。
不正利用の防止
利用規約に違反する行為や不正アクセスへの対応のため。
本アプリは、サービスの核心的な機能として、利用者の安否確認が取れない場合に、利用者が指定した第三者（緊急連絡先）へメール通知を行います。 利用者は、緊急連絡先情報を本アプリに登録した時点で、当該連絡先への通知送信に同意したものとみなします。なお、利用規約第4条に定める通り、緊急連絡先の相手方からの同意取得は利用者の責任において行うものとします。
上記および法令で認められる場合を除き、運営者は利用者の同意なく第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。
本アプリでは、アプリの利用状況の解析や認証機能、通知機能の提供のために、Google Inc.が提供する「Firebase」を使用しています。Firebaseは、端末の識別子やIPアドレスなどを収集する場合がありますが、個人を特定する情報は含みません。 Google社によるデータの取扱いについては、以下のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

送信停止： 本アプリを端末からアンインストールすることで、情報の取得・送信を停止することができます。
アカウント削除： 利用者がアプリ内の設定またはお問い合わせを通じてアカウント削除を依頼した場合、運営者は保有する個人情報を速やかに削除します。ただし、バックアップデータ等、技術的な理由ですぐに削除できない場合や、法令に基づき保存が必要な場合はこの限りではありません。
運営者は、法令の改正や本アプリの機能変更等に伴い、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合には、本アプリ内または公式サイト上での掲示等、分かりやすい方法で利用者に通知します。

1. Information We Collect
Personal Data: When you register, we collect your email address to create your account.
Emergency Contact Information: We collect the email address of your designated emergency contact. You represent and warrant that you have obtained the necessary consent from your contact person to share their email address with us for the purpose of safety alerts.
Usage Data: We track your daily confirmation status ("I'm Okay" button presses) and the timestamps to determine if an alert needs to be sent.
2. Third-Party Services We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. The data collected helps us improve the app and provide our services.
Google Firebase: We use Firebase (provided by Google) for backend services, authentication, and database management.
Firebase Authentication: Used to manage user accounts securely.
Cloud Firestore: Used to store your safety status and settings.
Google Analytics for Firebase: Used to analyze app usage and improve performance.
Firebase Crashlytics: Used to detect and fix app crashes.
Advertising: This app is supported by advertisements. We use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID to serve personalized ads based on your interests.

3. How We Use Your Information We use the collected data for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain the Service (monitoring your safety status).
To send automated email alerts to your emergency contact when the threshold (72 hours) is exceeded.
To monitor the usage of the Service and detect technical issues.
To display advertisements (via AdMob) to support the free operation of the app.
4. Data Retention and Deletion Your personal data is stored securely via Google Firebase as long as your account is active.
Account Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the app settings at any time. Once deleted, your data is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.
