Virtual Transition

Welcome! On this page you will find information to taking you on your virtual transition to the secondary school. You will be using a number of platforms including Padlet, Microsoft Teams and this Website.

You will also meet Student Leaders from Grade 11 and Grade 6 who will be able to support your journey towards a positive start to grade 6.

You will be introduced to Key Staff supporting your journey and Subject Staff who will be leading your learning experiences next year. There is also an opportunity to involve your parents, using the form at the bottom of this page to ask questions and receive responses.Please encourage your parents to send their questions to us.

For some department challenges, you will need to upload a photo or document. You can do this on Microsoft Teams. The codes for each department will be shared with you by your homeroom teacher along with instructions on how to upload. Good Luck!
