What is Oceaniek Stream?

Oceaniek Stream is an OTT platform offering movies, TV shows, and live streaming in multiple languages.  

How do I sign up?  

Download the app, sign up with your  phone number, and start watching free content.  

Do I need an account to watch? 

Yes, you may view the app as a guest user, but would need an account to watch content. However, signing up lets you access premium content and save preferences.  

Subscription & Billing

What are the available subscription plans?  

- Basic Plan: 1 Month Full access

- Standard Plan: 6 Months Full access 

- Premium Plan: 1 Year Full access 

How do I cancel my subscription?  

Go to Account Settings > Subscription > Cancel 

Payment failed? 

Check your card details, bank balance or reach out to us for any technical issues within in-app payments.

Troubleshooting & Technical Support  

App not loading - Try restarting the app or clearing the cache.  

Video buffering - Check your internet speed (minimum 5 Mbps recommended).  

No sound - Ensure your device volume is up and audio output is set correctly.  

Streaming on Smart TV- Make sure your TV is compatible and updated.  

Account & Login Help 

Having trouble logging in - Ensure you’re using the correct email/phone number.  

Want to change your email or phone - Update it in Account Settings.
