Refer & Earn Program

There is no limit. You can refer as many people as you like and earn a cashback reward for each successful referral.

To be eligible for a cashback reward, all of the following conditions must be met: 

(a) be a new ZALORA customer with no existing ZALORA account 

(b) install the ZALORA mobile application directly through the Referrer's unique referral link — not from the App Store or Play Store independently 

(c) create a new ZALORA account after ZALORA mobile application installation

(d) complete a qualifying first purchase that meets or exceeds the minimum order value (final price paid) of ₱2,880

(e) avoid cancellation or returning all or part of the order to cause the order value to fall below the minimum order value (final price paid)

Note:

Your Referee’s reward : The 10% new customer discount for your Referee applies only to their first order and cannot be carried forward. This discount will be automatically applied at checkout — no code needed.

Your cashback reward is credited to your ZALORA Cashback wallet 30 days after your Referee's first qualifying order exchange/return window is closed.

Once credited, your cashback reward is valid for 90 days and is subject to the standard Cashback Wallet expiry terms. The expiry date will be shown in your ZALORA account. Please refer to the Cashback Terms and Conditions here.

If your Referee cancels or fully returns their first order, the cashback reward will not be credited to your account. 

For partial returns of their first order, you remain eligible for the reward as long as the remaining order value (after the returned item(s) are deducted and exchange/return window is closed) still meets or exceeds the minimum order value (final price paid). 

ZALORA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer & Earn program at any time. Any cashback already credited to your wallet before any such change will remain valid and subject to the standard Cashback Terms and Conditions.
