Today, we are an organisation of ca. 250 professionals located mainly in Berlin and Dortmund. We process over 180 million transactions per year across 20 countries and support 23 different payment options for the convenience of our users. We realised that our Zalando value proposition of offering free delivery and free returns needs to be complemented with Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL) to create a true “dressing room experience at home” for our customers to make fashion online shopping compelling and risk-free. The Team provides a full payments solution to the Zalando Group ranging from risk assessment and fraud screening, over offering payment methods in the checkout and processing, up to collection and reconciliation of funds.
