The Global Shapers Community is an initiative of the World Economic Forum consisting of nearly 400 local hubs around the world that bring together over 8,000 top young leaders between the ages of 18 and 29.
Independent hubs around the world identify needs and work on projects that are most important to them. We believe that local efforts, supported by a global network, can lead to lasting change worldwide.
Our mission is to inspire, empower and connect leaders to reach their full potential, amplify emerging voices in decision-making, and positively shape their communities and the world.
