【劍橋英檢FCE考試通知單】

親愛的家長您好：

FCE考試時間為3/22(六)上午筆試 + 下午口試(部分學生)、3/23(日)上午口試，部分考生兩天皆須到校，請依准考證上時間準時報到，請勿無故遲到或缺席。

✅ 考試必備物品：

◾ 准考證 + 擇一有照片有效證件正本(護照/居留證/身分證/健保卡)。

◾ 黑色鉛筆(2B/HB)、橡皮擦。

◾ 黑色或深藍色原子筆(不得使用擦擦筆或修正帶，寫錯劃掉重寫即可)。

✅ 重要提醒：

◾ 中文姓名英文拼音更正方式：拼音應與護照一致，如有誤，請直接修改於准考證上，並於考試當日交給監試人員；至遲於測驗後2個工作日來電更正，逾期即不得要求更改，英國劍橋大學考試院將以此資料列印證書。 

◾ 3/22(六)筆試時間將至下午1點，建議家長可準備一些麵包乾糧，考生可利用中間零星休息時間補充體力；部分考生測驗為3/22上午筆試、下午口試(請參照准考證)，學校將針對部分考生調查飲食葷素，並統一訂餐。

◾ 校園不開放停車、不開放家長陪同，請依准考證報到/結束時間接送，避免交通壅塞。

◾ 學生進校後於演藝廳等待入場；考試結束後於大廣場集合，如天氣不佳則改至教務處前大廳或演藝廳。

◾ 手錶、手機及電子設備不得帶入試場，進場後交予監試人員，考試結束後將歸還。

◾ 若考試當天身體不適，建議配戴口罩，口試回答時請大聲清楚。

◾ 准考證內含查詢成績的帳號密碼，建議拍照妥善備存。

◾ 若考試當天無故缺席，視同放棄考試；除持有考試當日缺席證明(病/喪/公假證明)，才可申請延期至校外考試或退費。

【Cambridge English FCE Exam Notice】

Dear Parents,

The FCE exam will be held on Saturday, March 22 (written exam in the morning + speaking exam in the afternoon for some students) and Sunday, March 23 (speaking exam in the morning). Some students must attend both days. Please arrive on time as stated on the admission ticket.

✅ Bring:

• Admission ticket + one valid photo ID (passport/ARC/National ID/Health Card).

• Black pencils (2B/HB), eraser.

• Black or dark blue ballpoint pen (no erasable pens or correction tape; cross out errors and rewrite).

✅ Reminders:

• Name Correction: If the English name is incorrect, revise it on the ticket and give it to the proctor on exam day. You must also call within 2 working days post-exam. Late corrections are not accepted.

• The written exam ends at 1 PM. Students may bring snacks. For those with both Writing and Oral exams on March 22, lunch will be provided (diet preferences will be collected).

• No parking or parental accompaniment. Follow ticket times for pick-up/drop-off.

• Wait at the Performing Arts Hall before the exam; gather at the Main Plaza after. In case of bad weather, go to the Academic Office Lobby or Performing Arts Hall.

• No watches, phones, or electronics in the exam room. Submit them to proctors before the exam.

• Raise your hand if the audio is unclear during listening.

• If unwell, wear a mask. Speak clearly during the speaking test.

• The admission ticket includes login details for score checking. Take a photo for backup.

• Absence without valid proof is considered forfeiture. With proof, reschedule or refund options are available.

◾ 鉛筆、橡皮擦、10色彩色筆(黑、藍、棕、綠、灰、橘、粉、紫、紅、黃)。

✅ 重要提醒：

◾ 請檢查准考證個資，如有錯誤，請直接更正於准考證並於考試當天交予監試人員。

◾ 校園不開放停車，請依准考證報到/結束時間接送，避免交通壅塞。

【Cambridge YLE Exam Pre-Test Notice】

The Cambridge YLE Exam (Starters, Movers, Flyers) will take place on Saturday, March 8. Please remind students to bring the necessary exam materials and arrive on time according to their admission ticket schedule.

✅ Required Items:

◾ Admission ticket + One valid ID (Passport, ARC, National ID, or NHI card; photo not required).

◾ Pencils, eraser, 10-color set of colored pencils (black, blue, brown, green, gray, orange, pink, purple, red, yellow).

✅ Important Reminders:

◾ Check the personal details on the admission ticket. If there are errors, correct them directly on the ticket and submit it to the proctor on exam day.

◾ No on-campus parking. Please follow the admission and dismissal times on the ticket to avoid traffic congestion.

◾ Before the exam: Students will wait in the auditorium. After the exam: Students will gather at the main plaza. In case of bad weather, they will wait in the administration lobby or auditorium.

◾ No mobile phones or electronic devices allowed in the exam room. These must be handed to the proctor upon entry and will be returned after the test.

◾ If the audio recording is unclear, students should raise their hand and inform the examiner immediately.

◾ If a student feels unwell, wearing a mask is recommended. Speak clearly and loudly during the speaking test.

◾ The admission ticket contains the account and password for result inquiry. It is recommended to take a photo for safekeeping.

◾ If a student is absent on exam day and wishes to apply for an off-campus makeup test, a NT$300 rescheduling fee and application form must be submitted by March 7.
