What is a T.E.A.M. Binder?

T.E.A.M. is an acronym that stands for:

T.ogether E.veryone A.chieves M.ore

The T.E.A.M. binder is a special binder that your child will carry to and from school everyday this year. The T.E.A.M. binder will help your child stay organized along with AVID strategies, and keep you in touch with our classroom.

TEAM BINDER RULES:

Take care of your TEAM binder; it will be used all year!

Follow the expectations of the binder. Keep it organized as described in our AVID Rubric!

Clean out the divider pockets every evening of unnecessary papers.

Take your TEAM binder home everyday and bring it back each morning.

Keep your TEAM binder clean - do not eat or drink in front of your TEAM binder!

Show your TEAM binder to your parents everyday. Make sure to have agendas checked and get weekly signatures!

T.E.A.M. Binder Don'ts:

Don't make any marks or drawings in or on your TEAM binder or agenda.

Don't leave your TEAM binder at home, in the car or bus, or at daycare.

Don't let anyone borrow your TEAM binder or tear pages out of it.

Don't put any papers in your TEAM binder that do not belong.
