Please let us know if you will need any transportation assistance. We offer pick-up shuttles from Pearson Airport or Don Mills & Sheppard Station.
You will need to leave a credit card with the hotel for incidentals.
Room, food and taxes have already been paid.
Please use the main entrance to register and check in.
Your hotel room will be ready starting at 3 p.m.
Visit the Continental Lounge to connect and enjoy refreshments.
Please let us know your arrival time so someone can greet you if at all possible.
