Jo Frannye Reichert

GENERAL MUSIC and PERFORMING ARTS SPECIALIST

I am in my lucky 13th year of teaching K-4 General Music, 4-6 Grade Choir and 5-6 Grade Performing Arts at Mills Lawn School.

I am a graduate of the University of Dayton with a Bachelor's in Theater Performance and an Elementary Education teaching certificate. I hold a Master's in Music Education from Anderson University with a concentration in Orff pedagogy and I am a certified First Steps in Music teacher.

I have performed professionally for many years, and have taught dance, directed choirs, and have choreographed and musicals with pre-school to senior citizen performers.

SCHEDULE:

K-4 General Music classes are 60 minutes long and meet once weekly
4-6 Grade Choir meets Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 8:00-8:30 and 10:00-10:30 on Late Start Wednesdays
5-6 Grade Performing Arts classes are 30 minutes and meet once weekly
