Youth Biz E is a youth-focused entrepreneurship initiative created by Ronnell to help kids and teens start and grow their own businesses. The focus is on giving young people (roughly ages 7–22) real-world opportunities to learn business skills, build confidence, and develop entrepreneurial mindsets. The program provides practical steps and guidance for young founders to launch and grow a business. It also offers pop-up events and marketplaces where young entrepreneurs can sell their products and interact with real customers. Furthermore, there are workshops and training sessions tailored for youth, covering topics like building websites, marketing basics, and simple investing. The initiative provides mentorship and support for turning ideas into actual business activity.

Ronnell oversees the vision and structure of Youth Biz E. As Program Director, she designs all programs, workshops, and youth initiatives, ensuring the organization stays aligned with its mission to empower teens and young adults through entrepreneurship.
Asia supports Youth Biz E through sponsorship outreach and community partnerships. As Director of Strategic Partnerships she helps build relationships with organizations and brands while providing oversight and support as the nonprofit grows.
Gabby serves as a Board Director focused on mentorship and program execution. She supports educational programming, mentors youth participants, and helps ensure workshops, events, and camps run smoothly and effectively.
