Once payment is confirmed, broker receives an automated prompt or reminder:
Send the deal application via email.
Share supporting documents via a Google Drive link (organised in folders if possible).
File is assigned to an available Processing Support Team Member.
Processing Support acknowledges receipt of the file by email.
Processing Support team member reviews the submitted file.
If anything is missing or unclear, a Missing Information Request (MIR) is sent to the broker. Missing information may cover any missing information on the fact find to allow us to continue data entry on the CRM and will be required onto the application platform
Once all MIR docs are received:
Processing Support inputs all data into the CRM and the online application platform.
Completes the application in line with the broker’s instructions.
Will check servicing according to documents and the servicing calculations provided by Broker and will request clarification if there is a discrepancy
Processing Support sends the broker:
Any compliance forms requiring broker or client signatures.
A final Statement of Credit Assistance (SOCA) for broker to check and approve.
After successful lodgement:
Processing Support compiles and organises all documents into three folders:
Compliance – All Docs
Lender Docs
MIR Docs
All folders are returned to the broker (via email link or Google Drive).
All documents are named using our own naming convention to assist the broker with any audit requirements.
After receiving final approvals and signatures:
Processing Support lodges the application with the lender.
