In 2014, Collin started out. There was no business name or fancy equipment, just a 12 year old boy mowing 1 yard every week, and saving money.

In 2015, with the help of his father John, Collin Youker started F&S Lawncare. F&S was short for father & son. They started with a small used walkbehind mower, an old trailer, and a few other tools. The first year they maintained around 5-10 yards per week. With Collin's goal of saving money for a truck in mind.

At age 16, John steps back, and leaves Collin to take over as sole owner/operator running the business and maintaining around 15-20 yards per week solo. Collin also renamed the business to its current name, Youker Lawn & Landscape, and purchased the first stand on mower - a Toro GrandStand with over 2000 hours on it.

As the business continues to grow, Collin advertises more services such as mulching, drainage projects, rototilling, etc. The business begins to have a social media and web presence, and new equipment is purchased.

Now running a steady business with a full-time income. Collin starts offering more services and getting into other jobs like fence installs and stump grinding. Plans for business expansion are in the making.

More new services are added such as deck design/installs. Collin begins to make a name for the business as a reputable fence design/install company. Website and google page continue to develop, and Collin begins to ramp up for heavy growth planned for the future.
