- Requirements
- The club cannot be similar to, or a part of an existing club.
- You must find a club advisor.
- You must collect at least 15 signatures from students who are interested in joining the club.
- Fill out this form.
- Bring the completed form to Mr. Degennaro's office and make an appointment to meet with him.
After Mr. Degennaro approves the club, officers need to be elected and this form needs to be submitted for Board of Education approval.
