Our schools already have all the necessary precautions in place to minimize the spread of viral disease and we can help by practicing good hygiene at all times. 


Please remind your children to wash their hands and cover their cough or sneeze with an elbow or tissue. 

Receiving the Flu vaccine minimizes at least one of the viral threats known to cause severe disease. 

Please view the Sick Day Guidelines tab if your child is ill. 

For general illness guidelines you may view Guidelines for Common School Age Concerns and Illness but always consult your child's physician and email your school nurse and attendance if your child has a contagious disease , pending surgery, or out of school for more than 2 days.

If your child has a fever, vomiting, or diarrhea they must stay out of school until 24 hours symptom free.
