Hei hei!
Bærekraftig Facilitation is a collaboration between Svein Are Tjeldnes and Steve Yorkstone. First meeting as facilitators of continuous improvement in Higher Education, they started working together to understand the “magic” of facilitation. Through this they developed a model which they have used to train facilitators worldwide; they have facilitated for private and public sector organisations nationally and internationally.
Now they continue their learning through weekly discussions about facilititation. This series of conversations helps deepen their practice. Steve and Svein Are hope that sharing these stories will help build conversations around facilitation, for you too.
Tusen takk!!
