Beginning of the Year Forms - DUE 8/29/25!

Please print, complete, and turn in all necessary forms. These forms will also be available in hard copy at the YHS Office (Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM).

Free/Reduced Meals Application - If your child(ren) qualified for free or reduced price meals at the end of last school year, you must submit a new application by August 29, 2025 in order to avoid an interruption in meal benefits.

UPDATE FOR 2025-26 - Infinite Campus announced it is switching payment processors for all online payment functions in the Campus Portal. This will have NO impact on how payments are processed, HOWEVER you will need to update your payment method or recurring payment information before making online payments of any kind for 25-26.

Student Chromebook/Device Forms - YHS Device Checkout will be held from 8:30am-3:00pm on August 5th-August 7th. Forms below will need to be completed and submitted prior to receiving the chromebook.

REMINDER: ALL students will be issued a school chromebook and personal computers will NOT be allowed to access the school network.

A) You are new to the YPS and need transportation.
