Title: K.O.K Tales - A traffic simulation project using Neuroevolution
Description: "K.O.K Tales" investigates urban traffic as a social dilemma using neuroevolution and game-theoretic scenarios. In this simulation, individual drivers are controlled by neural networks navigating a grid-based network.Instead of explicit programming, agents develop context-dependent strategies through selection pressure, with a fitness function balancing trip completion against accident avoidance. By analyzing metrics like convergence time and cooperativeness levels, the project explores how cooperative or aggressive driving cultures emerge, demonstrating cultural evolution through inherited neural parameters.

Title: Research Proposal - The Impact of Language Context on Creative Thinking in Bilingual Individuals
Description: This study investigates whether bilingual individuals differ in creativity when generating ideas in their first (L1) versus second language (L2). Using a within-subjects, counterbalanced design, participants will complete timed divergent thinking tasks in both languages. Creativity will be assessed using a divergent thinking paradigm based on the Alternative Uses Task, with scoring procedures informed by the Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking and the Consensual Assessment Technique. Measures will include fluency, flexibility, and originality. It is hypothesized that L1 will enhance fluency, while L2 may influence originality. In addition to comparing L1 and L2 performance, the study will explore whether the effect of language context on creativity varies depending on age of L2 acquisition, L2 proficiency, and frequency of L2 use. Data will be analyzed using repeated-measures ANOVA, with moderation analyses (e.g., mixed-effects regression) to examine the influence of individual difference variables.

It focuses on embedding equitable, inclusive and sustainable practices from the outset, including profit-sharing models where artists and staff receive a share of ticket revenue, reinvesting profits into charitable causes, and supporting independent venues. It also examines inclusive programming through diverse lineups, prioritising opportunities for underrepresented groups including LGBTQ+ artists, people of colour, women, disabled artists, and those from lower socioeconomic backgrounds, while reflecting on the challenges of sustainable entrepreneurship in the creative industries.

Title: "How are financial architecture and human resources (HR) aligned for embedding within core organisational strategy when implementing sustainability initiatives?”
Description: The presentation will explore the topic of my dissertation. In particular, it looks at how organisations align financial architecture - the finance department and green financial instruments - with aspects of HR - most notably leadership and culture - when sustainability initiatives are being implemented. This study aims to adopt a more holistic perspective, providing a new angle on operationalising organisational sustainability since most existing research on sustainable finance or HR looks at these functions in isolations whereas this study aims to adopt a more holistic perspective.
