Illuminating the Invisible: A qualitative exploration of women's experiences of the diagnosis of Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS)
How do women with POTS perceive and navigate their diagnostic journey, and what are the key factors that influence their lived experience throughout the diagnostic process?
What role do personal perceptions, gender roles, emotions, and interactions with healthcare professionals play in shaping their experiences of the syndrome and the diagnostic process?
How can we ensure patients' lived experiences are centred in diagnosis and treatment approaches to invisible chronic illnesses?
Recruiting: Women over the age of 18, living in the UK, and with a formal diagnosis of Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome
