Aga Khan Foundation: Scholarships for Master’s or PhD students from Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Syria, Egypt, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Mozambique, Madagascar, France, Portugal, UK, USA and Canada.
Commonwealth Scholarships: Scholarships for students from developing Commonwealth countries to study in the UK.
De Souza Trust Goa Scholarship: Scholarships available to study in the UK for Indian citizens with a valid Indian passport who reside in India. They need to be residents in Goa or born of Goan parents, not more than 30 years old, and a graduate with an excellent academic record.
The Ford Foundation International Fellowships Program: Scholarships for advanced study awarded to exceptional individuals.
GE Foundation Scholar-Leaders Program: Students in their first or second year of study in Engineering, Technology, Business, Finance, Management or Economics, who are attending a participating university, can qualify.
The Inlaks Foundation Scholarships: Scholarships are available to Indian students for graduate courses at European institutions in subjects including Business Administration. The scholarships are not awarded to anyone who has already started a course of study or a project abroad.
JN Tata Endowment Scholarships: The endowment awards only loan scholarships. However, the selected scholars may also qualify for a gift award. Scholarships are granted for higher studies in all disciplines and subjects to Indian nationals and graduates of a recognised Indian university with a consistently good academic record; students in the final year of a degree course and those awaiting results; and other mid-career professionals planning to go abroad for further research, specialisation or training.
The Narotam Sekhsaria Scholarship Program: Scholarships are available to Indian students pursuing postgraduate studies both in India and abroad.
Scotland's Saltire Scholarships: A scholarship programme offered on a matched funding basis between the Government and Scottish Higher Education Institutions. The scheme offers up to 200 awards, each worth £2000, towards the tuition fees of a one year Masters course at any of Scotland's higher education institutions.
