To minimise the environmental impact derived from this event, we are adopting sustainable practices throughout its planning and execution:
The conference programme will be available online and displayed at the venue. Attendees will have the option to request a printed programme during registration which will be provided alongside their name badge on the day of the event.
We encourage participants and attendees to join our Bring Your Own Mug/Bottle initiative. Some reusable cups will be available, no disposable cups will be provided.
The conference menu will be vegetarian, which reduces the carbon footprint by 2.5 times compared to a menu that includes meat produce. Note that dietary requirements can be requested through the conference registration form.
