Meeting Format

Due to space limitations at the venue, we can only accept up to 50 in-person attendees, including speakers. This meeting will be in-person only.

Registration Fees

Your registration fee includes a catered lunch and coffee and tea breaks over two days. There will be an optional Conference Dinner - details to follow.

We request that attendees self-identify, for the purposes of determining fees, with one of the following tier groups. Our hope is that colleagues will be able to take part irrespective of grant, employment, or funding status. 

Tier 1: Attendees with access to full financial support (e.g., employee with grant funding or departmental allowance for conferences)
£120 (including dinner) - Click here for Tier 1 registration

Tier 2: Student, research assistant or postdoc with limited access to funding
£65 (including dinner) - Click here for Tier 2 registration

Tier 3: Attendees without access to financial support (e.g., from your institution or grant)
£0 (including dinner) - If you would like to register as a Tier 3 (free) attendee, please get in touch with us and provide a brief overview of your situation
