I helped to construct and edit the New Cambridge Dialect Survey (2023), a large-scale survey on phonological, morphosyntactic and lexical variation in present day English.
I edited the master glossary for the New Julfa dialect of Armenian. This entailed merging duplicate entries and phonetic and orthographic variants of the same word, alphabetising entries in Armenian alphabetical order, and ensuring that all entries were presented in a uniform fashion.
I compiled a master glossary for the Salmast dialect of Armenian from various sources. I had to work out the best way to store information about dialect terms and ensure that I accurately transcribed and preserved details from the original sources.
I am proficient in using the R programming language to analyse and visualise linguistic data. I am also trained in corpus methods. I have training in using both R and QGIS for spatial visualisations.
