To build your own version of the first ten elements of the nuclide chart, (the A1 plate), you can look at the documents below. The first document gives an overview of how many LEGO bricks of each colour you would need. The second document shows how the towers on the plate are laid out.
The baseplate can hold 12 by 12 4x4 towers on them. You can see the layout of the towers, and a breakdown of the costs, in a Google Spreadsheet.
