Question Forum

Ask us a question on the forum below. You can ask us questions at any time, and we will answer questions live from 1pm - 2pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (from Monday 3rd March to Friday 25th April, with a break from 16th - 21st April).

Please note that all questions have to be approved before they appear on the webpage, so don't worry if you can't see your question straight away.

When you first ask a question, you will be asked to give your name. Please only use your first name and note that the forum app will remember your name and use this every time you ask a question on the same device (phone/tablet/laptop etc). Don't share any personal details such as your email address, phone number, surname or school.
