Oral papers will be presented live via Zoom (links will be provided after registration)
Check the conference programme here
Presentation slots are 15 minutes including questions - you should aim for your presentation to be a maximum of 12 minutes followed by 3 minutes of questions. This allows us to have 5 minutes turn around time between presentations
You will be able to share your screen in order to present - you can, therefore, prepare your presentation with whatever software you usually use (e.g. powerpoint) and you will be able to share audio
Posters will be hosted on GatherTown (more information on this will be provided later) - this provides a way of presenting your poster and interacting with the audience
Poster sessions last for 2 hour and 15 minutes - this should hopefully allow presenters to also see other posters in their session
You can prepare your poster with whatever software you usually use (e.g. powerpoint)
You are encouraged to pre-record a 2-3 minute video to provide an overview of your poster. We will make these videos available on our website for the audience to watch in advance. This is a way of promoting your work and encouraging participation
