Presentation Requirements

Presentation requirements: 

Presentation and Q&A Timing: 

Each presenter will have 15 minutes to deliver their presentation, followed by a Q&A session with all panel members.

Presentation Venue:

Presentations will take place indoors, with a screen. However, if you prefer using a pointer, we recommend bringing your own.

Format:

We kindly recommend that you upload your presentation to the designated Cloud in advance (the Cloud's link was sent to participants via email), based on your panel and number.

Please submit your presentation in PowerPoint format; however, if that is not possible, a PDF version will also be acceptable. Alternatively, you may bring a Drive or USB with a PDF or PowerPoint format so we can download your presentation directly.

Zoom access:

For those who will participate online, we kindly ask that you check your audio system in advance and, if possible, turn on your camera.
