The workshop will be held at IBK Industrial Bank of Korea Hall (B145), Yonsei University, Sinchon Campus, located at 50 Yonsei-ro, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul 03722, Republic of Korea.

Transportation

From Incheon International Airport (ICN) to Hongik University Station

Upon arrival at Incheon International Airport, please follow the signs to the Airport Railroad in the basement transportation center. For travel to Hongik University Station, please use the all-stop Airport Railroad service. Note that the Express Train runs non-stop only between Incheon International Airport and Seoul Station, while the local Airport Railroad service stops at intermediate stations including Hongik Univ.

From Hongik University Station / AK PLAZA Hongdae (Holiday inn Express Seoul Hongdae) to Yonsei University

AK PLAZA Hongdae (Holiday inn Express Seoul Hongdae) may be used as a convenient reference point for participants arriving in the Hongdae area. The complex is located at 188 Yanghwa-ro, Mapo-gu, Seoul and is approximately a one-minute walk from Hongik University Station.

For the most straightforward approach to Yonsei University, take Subway (green) Line 2 from Hongik University Station to Sinchon Station. This is one stop, after which visitors should exit via Exit 2 or Exit 3 and continue northward to the main gate of Yonsei University. 

Participants who prefer to walk from the Hongdae area may also start from AK PLAZA Hongdae and proceed in the direction of Sinchon and Yonsei University. 

On-Campus Directions

After entering Yonsei University’s Sinchon Campus, please locate the eagle statue shown below. From there, take Elevator 130 (3A) or the stairs down to the underground level. You will then be able to find the conference room, IBK Hall. (B145).
