Digital Training Guide
Use this guide to train on your own so that you are ready to go when we return.
You will be asked to track your session on a form linked at the bottom of this page each day that you train.
Print the document in order to track your progress for easy input into the form.

Juggling
Equipment: A ball
Directions: Follow video tutorial for different combinations and number of repetitions.
Use the video for demonstrations and drill set up.
Ball Mastery
Equipment: 4 cones and a ball
Directions:
Set up 2 gates 6 - 10 yards apart.
Dribble from one gate to the other and then back.
Repeat 10 times or for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Rest for 30 seconds before moving on to next technique.
Use the video for demonstrations and drill set up.
Turns
Equipment: 8 cones and a ball
Directions:
Set up 2 boxes 6 - 10 yards apart.
Dribble from one box into the other and perform a turn.
Dribble back to the first box, and turn again.
Pick 5 Turns and do each 20 times or for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Rest for 30 seconds before moving on to next turn.

Stop Starts
Equipment: 8 cones and a ball
Directions:
Set up a 2 - 4 yard box in the middle of two gates 6 - 10 yards apart.
Dribble from one gate into the box and do a Stop Start move.
Accelerate to the other gate, do a turn move and repeat on the way back.
Pick 5 Stop Starts and do each 20 times or for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Rest for 30 seconds before moving on to next turn.

Take Ons
Equipment: 5 cones and a ball
Directions:
Set up 2 gates 6 - 10 yards apart with a cone (defender) between them.
Dribble at the defender, do a Take On move to get around.
Accelerate to the next gate.
Pick 5 Take On moves and do each 20 times or for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Rest for 30 seconds before moving on to next turn.

Passing and Receiving
Equipment: 8 cones, a ball, and a wall, curb, kick board, or partner
Directions:
Set up 2 boxes 6 - 10 yards apart and 6 - 10 yards from the wall.
Pass the ball off the wall multiple times. Then, perform the receiving skill and accelerate to one of the boxes.
Turn and accelerate to the other box before returning to starting position.
