Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee-led networks designed to provide support, professional development and community for staff from diverse backgrounds. At the YMCA of Central Ohio, we have five groups that our staff can choose to belong to. Engaging in an ERG is optional and they are all free to join. Connect with YMCA staff of similar backgrounds and join today!
