Parents, please use your child's Chromebook to access the Robotics Club Parent Permission as well as the Robotics Club Application Form.
Students must have parents complete the Robotics Club Parent Permission. Have your parent/guardian use your Chromebook to complete the form.
Parents, don't forget to ask your child for the form they picked up in the office. It has very important information!
The reasoning behind the form being given to your child is to test their responsibility in getting important information to you.
Please ask them for the form they picked up in the office.

Note: If parent(s) cannot agree to the rules in the Parent Permission Form, then please do not continue with Part 2 & 3 as the application process will be void and not considered.
