Password/Login issues and enquiries

Please email workingfromhome@yht.wales and include your child's full name, year group and mentor group information, if you know their six digit pupil number this would also be helpful. A member of our Technical Support team will attempt to email you back with your child's login details within 48 hours.

Should you have any other queries that cannot be resolved via the technical or subject specific contacts listed above, please contact one of the following members of staff who will endeavour to respond to your query within 48hrs.
